Implementing Leadership in the Workplace . . .

Designed as a highly interactive 2 1/2 half day workshop, Implementing Leadership in the Workplace instructs participants how to take the core leadership competencies of Focus, Accountability and Teamwork and apply them directly into daily actions.

Participants leave with proven tools and methodologies they use to positively impact company performance, no matter what their role. As part of the workshop, each participant creates a specific action plan that enables them to immediately implement these methodologies within their area of responsibility.

This workshop was created and is taught by John Case, who successfully implemented the processes presented in his roles as President of La-Z-Boy Branded Products and as President and CEO of Electrolux Home Care Products North America. The key elements of this workshop were originally created by Mr. Case in his role as an “Executive in Residence” at the University of Iowa, where they were used as part of an MBA Leadership curriculum.

His belief that everyone has leadership qualities and can be taught how to use those qualities, combined with his 30 years in business, provide a powerful combination of theory and practice that make this course truly unique.
